PRAYA Village is a residential complex composed of terraced houses, located just a few steps from the Porto Santa Margherita dock and about 250 metres from the sea, the perfect place for a holiday focused on comfort and entertainment. Immersed in a quiet residential area, this village is ideal for families and groups of friends.
The three-room villa, of 50 sq m, faces east and is developed on two levels, with a tiled exterior.
On the ground floor you will find:
- A fully equipped kitchen, which allows you to prepare your favourite dishes thanks to a refrigerator, freezer and all the necessary utensils.
- A living room furnished with a table, chairs and a double sofa bed.
On the first floor, accessible via an internal staircase, there are:
- A double bedroom.
- A second bedroom with bunk beds.
- A bathroom with a shower.
Furthermore, the villa is equipped with an induction hob and a washing machine.
If you would like a spot on the beach, you can book it directly through the private kiosks (information available at the branch).

Ho scelto questo posto perché ho sempre fatto le mie vacanze in una villetta dello stesso villaggio per cui più o meno sapevo cosa aspettarmi. Rispetto all'altra mi sono piaciuti di più gli arredi della cucina e del salotto, più moderni e che rendonosee more

Tutto sommato bene, andrebbero curati alcuni dettagli ad esempio appendino in cucina per i canovacci e qualche ripiano nell'armadio della camera matrimoniale dove mettere le magliette, (ci sono solo attaccapanni!) manca uno specchio un po' più grandesee more
